The Institute of Inspection, Clean and Restoration Certification is a non-profit organization for the cleaning and restoration industry. The mission of the IICRC is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries. SERVPRO of Stamford is an IICRC Certified Firm.  What does that mean?

As an IICRC Certified Firm we:

• Provide continuing education programs to keep our professionals current on all updates and occurences in the remediation and restoration industry.
• Ensure that every job is monitored by technicians that have passed all required continuing education.
• Hold liability insurance to ensure that both our crew members and our clients are covered.
• Have a written complaint program and abide by Better Business Bureau guidelines 
• Put honesty and integrity at the forefront of our practices. 

The remediation and restoration industry undergoes rapid changes as new techniques and technology becomes available.  The IICRC reviews these changes and updates the standards every few years. SERVPRO of Stamford keeps up with the changes so that we can provide the best service to our community.
