Emergency Response To A Local University

Recently, we received an emergency call in the early morning hours from a local university.  They were in the process of suffering major water damage in one of the important administrative offices on campus.  Not only was water pouring in, soaking walls and carpeting, but important records and documents were starting to become compromised.  They were in dire need of immediate assistance.

Our emergency-ready technicians mobilized, and arrived on scene within the hour and began remediation.  First, we extracted the standing water to prevent any more damage from occurring.  The water is pumped out, and hard to reach areas are handled manually.  Next, we set up an array of industrial strength fans and dehumidifiers to dry the area out.  The cardboard boxes of documents were transported back to our warehouse, where we were able to salvage most of the contents.
