Harsh Summer Weather

Summer is a season where numerous things can change, including the climate. Temperatures can fluctuate widely from morning and night.  Extremely hot days might be trailed by cooler nights. Stronger weather systems develop under these conditions. We have seen this happen recently, causing severe rain. Rainstorms cause the greater part of the serious summer weather patterns.  While wind and lightning can cause damage, it is the water itself that causes the most issues in the form of flooding.

Be Prepared

• Keep a first aid pack available. 
• Have an emergency plan for you and your family
• Make sure that everyone knows where emergency supplies are located
• Know the signs of damage and look for them early so damage is limited if possible
